
Through adversity, recovery, and rebuilding, I came to understand how deeply the body holds our experiences, within the nervous system, the fascia, the breath, and the patterns we carry, which shape how we move through and respond to life.
After a major accident, I was forced into a deeper relationship with my body, one that required me to move beyond surface-level approaches. I began to see the body not as something to fix, but to work with, listen to, and refine.
What I discovered is that real healing isn’t forced.
It’s regulated. It’s intentional. It’s rebuilt from within.
Healing is a process.
Through health-based, trauma informed coaching working with the fascia, breath, and energetic practices, I guide you back into connection with your body, so you can release what’s been held and restore balance from the inside out.
